Mike Kothe wins at Moccasin Run Golf CourseNext tournament at Overlook Golf Course
Enola's Mike Kothe put together a 78 to win on a tough Moccasin Run Golf Course in Atglen on Friday, July 25. That gives Kothe three wins overall this season. He's also taken the winner's spot in the last two events. Someone has to stop him!
The next tournament is at Overlook Golf Course in Lancaster on Friday, Aug. 1. Member entry is $54. Non-member entry is $64.
Golf tournament fundraiser announced
The Octorara Softball, Boys Basketball, Wrestling and Football Prograns will be sponsoring their third annual tournament at Moccasin Run Golf Course on Friday, Aug. 8. Tee off time is 1 p.m. The price of $80 per player includes greens fees, cart, lunch, dinner and prizes. Get your foursome together and come out and enjoy a great day. All proceeds benefit the Octorara Football and Softball Programs.
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, along with special contest winners, including a Volvo C30 for a hole in one.

Preparations for the 2008 season in the SECA Fall Coed Softball League have begun.
Games are played on Monday and Wednesday evenings in September and October at Legion Park in Quarryville. The league is looking for male and female players aged 18 and over, either individuals, partial teams or full teams.

Wrestling will start at 6 p.m.
Five-minutes of continuous wrestling with the best of five takedowns.
Four mats available Eligibility Grades: 7-12 Neighboring school districts cordially invited.
Cost $5 Every wrestler guaranteed two matches
