The Unionville High School rugby team rolled to a 31-7 victory over Conestoga this past Sunday at Valley Forge Middle School.With the win, Unionville improved to 5-0 overall and 2-0 in the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby League (EPRU). Unionville's 5-0 mark represents the team's strongest-ever start in the history of the program. The Indians have now outscored its opposition by a whopping 149-17 margin so far this season.
Unionville dominated the second half on Sunday against Conestoga.
The Indians received tries from Dave Delaney, Chris Karas, Hardy Stewart, Graeme Bloomfield and Matt Brosius. Bill Howard added three conversions in the win.
Unionville next meets West Chester Henderson on Thursday, April 10 beginning at 6 p.m. at Hillendale Elementary School.
