Receiving stolen property Kennett police arrested a 16-year-old male from Wilmington receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of motor vehicle and underage drinking following a traffic stop on Saturday, July 7 at 9:32 p.m. in the 900 block of S. Union Street when he was found to be in possession of a vehicle reported stolen from Wilmington, police said. A passenger in the vehicle, Saul Alvarez, 23 of West Grove, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
