DUI CRASH NIcole Marino, 25, of Malvern was involved in a crash on Route 1 south of Route 82 in New Garden Township on May 6 at 4:31 a.m. It was subsequently determined that she was DUI and she was place under arrest, police said.
Timothy Welsh, 48, of Oxford was stopped at a stop sign on Barren Road at Chrome Road in Elk Township while Kenneth Hurley, 52, of Christiana was traveling west on Chrome Road on May 3 at 9:41 p.m. Welsh pulled out in front of Hurley without clearance, and the vehicles collided. Welsh was cited stop sign violation and Hurley was cited for driving under a suspended license, police said.
Brandon Michael McDwyer, 23, of Cochranville crashed his car into an Oxford Area School District school bus on Route 10 just north of Route 896 in Upper Oxford Township. The bus was not occupied by students. Investigation revealed the driver was DUI and in possession of heroin. The was taken to Jennersville Hospital, and charges were file against him, police said.
Police are investigating the report of theft, fraud and forgery against a 25-year-old West Gove resident in the 2700 block of Newark Road in Penn Township on May 2 during daytime hours, police said.
Michael Coe, 41, of West Grove hit an embankment of Route 841 near Spring Lawn on April 28 at 11:30 p.m. When police arrived, he had fled the scene, police said.
On May 2, police responded to the report of theft by deception involving a phone scam. The victim, a resident of Ingleton Circle Pennsbury Township, reported getting a call stating her son-in-law was in jail and needed bail money on May 2 between 11:30 a.m. and 7:45 p.m., police said.
Stacy Honer, 27, of Parkesburg traveling southbound on Route 82 ran over grass and struck a fence post on Doe Run Road in West Marlborough Township on May 3 at 8:04 a.m., police said.

Someone unlocked a vehicle and took a GPS unit and a computer projector on May 9 in the early morning hours in the 50 block of Mystery Lane in Penn Township, police said.
A man made contact with a woman leaving his residence in the 300 block of Greenbriar Lane in Penn Township on May 9 at about noon. The woman said she was looking for someone who did not live there. When he invited her to check the community directory, she fled in a brown mini van. Upon investigation, he discovered that his black leather Masonic Lodge money clip was stolen from the master bedroom, police said.
Someone stole two prepaid cell phones from the 60 block of Franklin Drive in West Nottingham Township between May 5 and 8, police said.
Two guns were stolen from a home in the 800 block of West State Road in New London Township between last May and this past April. One gun was a Smith and Wesson .38 Special and the other was an M1 Carbine Semi-automatic long gun, police said.
