On Nov. 7 at 8 a.m. a crash occurred between a Chrysler Minivan and a school bus on Route 272 at Diana Circle in West Nottingham Township. Police said there were numerous minor injuries.
Hit and Run
Oscar Luna-Diaz, 20, of Kennett Square was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Route 41 south of Route 1 in London Grove Township on Nov. 3 at 3:30 p.m. HE fled the scene and was located traveling on Route 1 northbound. He then attempted to flee from police. He was apprehended on Route 1 south of Route 82. Subsequently, he was placed into custody and charged with fleeing or atte3mpting to elude police and DUI, police said.
Crash in Pocopson
No one was injured in a single vehicle crash on Route 52 east of Wayne Drive in Pocopson Township on Oct. 29 at 2:11 p.m. Police said Aliza Reyes, 21, of West Grove was traveling to fast for conditions with two young children, came to a curve, lost control, spun out, hit an embankment and then rolled over completely, police said.
State police are investigating a burglary that occurred Thursday in the 300 block of Hickory Hill Road in Pocopson Township Police said someone forced their way into a residence through a window and took jewelry before fleeing.
Two girls, one 14 and the other 15, were involved in a fight at Avon Grove High School in London Grove Township on Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. They were both cited for harassment, police said.
Wyatt Zachary Frizzell, 18, of Chadds Ford and Adam oseph Golt, 18, of Wilmington were arrested following a traffic stop on Bayard Road at Route 1 in East Marlborough Township on Nov. 7 at 5:02 p.m. Frizzell was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Golt was arrested for possission with intent to distribute marijuana, marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Oscar Diaz, 20, of Kennett Square rear-ended Susanne Boyer, 40, of West Grove as Boyer was stopped for traffic on Route 41 south of Route 1 in London Grove Township on Nov. 3 at 3:45 p.m., police said.
Someone stole a Garmin GPS and two packs of Newport cigarettes from an unlocked vehicle on Baltimore Pike at TJ MAXX in East Marlborough Township on Nov. 1 at 6:38 p.m., police said.
