DUIOn Nov. 8 at 2:29 a.m., Thmoas John Conover, 23, of Northfield, N.J. was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance while driving on the 500 block of Lancaster Pike in Lower Oxford Township, according to reports. Charges were filed in District Court 15-3-05.

Harassment

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an alleged harassment that occurred on Nov. 7, 2008 at 10:30 p.m. at a residence on the 500 block of East Christine Road in West Nottingham Township. According to police, the victim, Kristine Filipkowski, 35, of Nottingham, and the accused, Michael Conner, 41, of Nottingham, got into a verbal altercation that turned physical. The victim suffered a bloody nose, said police reports. The accused, Conner, has charges pending against him.

Criminal Mischief

Sometime between the hours of 1 p.m. on Nov. 2 and 5 p.m. on Nov. 4, unknown actor(s) arrived at New Vision Fellowship Church, located on the 300 block of Elkdale Road in Lower Oxford Township, and damaged the sign at the front of the church, said police. Burlary

Burglary

Between the hours of 11 a.m. on Nov. 6 and 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 8, unknown actor(s) made entry into a residence on the 300 block of Pusey Mill Road in Upper Oxford Township and removed a 30/30 deer rifle. Criminal Attempt/Theft of Motor Vehicle

On Oct. 25, at 4 a.m., unknown actor(s) entered the victim's driveway, located on the 1700 block of Old Baltimore Pike in Lower Oxford Township, and gained access to the interior of the victim's vehicle by unlocking the driver's side door, said police. The actor(s) then attempted to start the vehicle. After failing to start the vehicle, the actor(s) left the scene on foot headed west on Old Baltimore Pike. Criminal Mischief

A residence on the 300 block of Old Creek Road in East Nottingham was the scene of a Criminal Mischief crime sometime between the hours of 9 p.m. on Oct. 30 and 7 a.m. on Oct. 31, according to police. Reports indicate that unknown actor(s) arrived at the above residence and struck and damaged a mailbox located at the front of the residence. Crash

This crash occurred on Oct. 30 at 11:40 p.m. on Woods Road in East Nottingham Township as the unnamed operator of Unit 1, a 2002 Lexus ES300, attempted to leave her residence going to the road from a location behind a bush located in front of the residence. The operator of Unit 1 then appeared from behind the bush and was struck by Unit 2, a 1991 Chevrolet 1500, on the front driver's side bumper, said reports. The operator of Unit 2 was not identified by police.

Criminal Mischief

On Oct. 30 between the hours of 2 and 3:30 a.m., unknown actor(s) arrived at a residence of the 800 block of Fifth Street in East Nottingham, and shot several paint balls at the front of the residence. Forgery/Theft by Deception

This crime of Forgery/Theft by Deception occurred when Arthur Otis Rochester, 52, of Lancaster, Pa., used a false name to take a check for $275 from Defrank Automotive of Nottingham, Pa. in exchange from a transmission which was never delivered. The accused, Rochester, then forged the name of another person on the check and chased it at Waywood Beverage of Kennett Square, Pa., according to police reports. This incident was reported to have happened on Sept. 9 at 10 p.m. Charges were filed against Rochester in District Court 15-3-05.

DUI

According to police reports, Bryan Ludwick Angle, 41, of Pocopson, Pa., was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance, on Oct. 4 at 1:15 a.m., while traveling on Barren Road at Media Road in East Nottingham Township.

DUI

On Oct. 22 at 11:48 p.m., Katherine Mary Kowal, 35, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence while traveling on Route 1, north of 272, in East Nottingham Township, according to police reports.
