Criminal MischiefBetween the hours of 10 p.m. on Oct. 19 and 7:20 a.m. on Oct. 20, unknown actor(s) entered a residence located on College Circle in Lower Oxford Township, Lincoln University, and broke the right rear window with an unknown object. Pennsylvania State Police Avondale Barracks responded to a report of Simple Assault on Oct. 15 at 8:30 p.m. on the 400 block of Mount Hope Road in New London Township. According to police reports, Dorothy Denisar, 50, of Lincoln University, assaulted Rebecca Denisar, 19, of Lincoln University. Charges are pending in District Court 15-3-05, said police.
On Oct. 26 at 2:48 a.m., police arrested Pamela Christine Jackson, 21, of Oxford, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance, said police. Jackson was contacted by Pennsylvania State Police Avondale on Baltimore Pike at South Gurnsey Road in London Grove Township and was found to be in control of a motor vehicle and under the influence of alcohol, according to reports. A criminal complaint will be filed.
Gabriel Morales, 49, of Oxford, was arrested by state police for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol on Baltimore Pike just south of Wedgewood Road about 10:30 a.m. Nov. 12.
Money and an H.P. color printer were stolen from Amish Backyard Structures on the 100 block of Limestone Road in Lower Oxford Township, between Nov 15 and Nov. 21, according to a police report.
The back window of the business was broken during the theft, according to the report.
