Maria Dinon DePaoli, 78, of Kennett Square, died on Jan. 5, at Christiana Hospital.She was the wife of the late Raymond DePaoli, who died in 1975 and with whom she shared 24 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. DePaoli was the daughter of the late

Costante and Fannie Maraldo Dinon.

She was a graduate of Kennett High School and Goldey Beacom College.

Mrs. DePaoli was a secretary at Hewlett Packard for more than 30 years. After retirement, she was an office assistant and a volunteer at the Kennett Area Senior Center.

She is survived by: three daughters, Sandi Leone and Richard Abbondi of West Grove, Lynne Basilio and her husband, Larry, of West Grove, and Maria Masha and her husband, Robert, of West Grove; one son, Stephen R. and his wife, Linda, of Kennett Square; C. Peter Dinon and his wife Eileen of Oxford; grandchildren, Anthony Leone and his fiancee, Erin, Nicky Leone, Stephanie and Lauren DePaoli, Anna and Daniel Basilio; many nieces and nephews; her three special grand-pets; and numerous special friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will take place 10 a.m., Jan. 10, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 212 Meredith St., Kennett Square. Friends and family may visit with the family from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. the morning of the service at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home Inc., 250 W. State St. Kennett Square.

Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery.
