Police are looking for this man in connection with the theft of a wallet at the Chester County Hospital

WEST GOSHEN—Police are looking for a man who stole a wallet and an iPhone from the pocketbook of an employee at the Chester County Hospital, and then left to make unauthorized purchases on the credit cards that were inside the wallet.

West Goshen Police said the theft took place on Jan. 7 around 9:11 a.m. inside the Chester County Hospital. The man made a purchase at a store in Upper Darby, Delaware County, after the theft. The mobile phone was last tracked to the Logan Section in Philadelphia. Police have obtained video surveillance of the suspect and ask anyone who recognizes him to contact West Goshen Police at 610-696-7400.

State police, Avondale


Someone stole a Dell laptop and laptop accessories from an unlocked car on the ramp from Route 82 to Route 1 south in East Marlborough Township on Dec. 12. The victim is a 28-year-old man from Kennett Square. The incident happened sometime between 5 and 10 p.m.


Police are investigating a theft from the Walmart in East Marlborough Township. A man and a woman allegedly stole $250 to $300 worth of merchandise from the store at 5:45 p.m. on Dec. 14, police said.



Coatesville units were dispatched to the 100 block of South Fourth Avenue on Jan. 6 at 2:58 a.m.for a stabbing. Upon police arrival, and after further investigation, the police were made aware that the Lara Anallely Delgadillo, 37, did stabbed herself on purpose and before that, she stabbed someone in the face, police said.

Warrant arrest

On Jan. 6 at 6:23 a.m., Coatesville Police investigated a physical domestic which was reported to 911. During the course of the investigation, Domanick Brown, 28, of Darby, was arrested for a warrant out of Delaware County. Brown was transported to station and then released to State Constables for transport to Delco Prison.


On Jan. 6 at 12:39 a.m., Coatesville Police were dispatched to the 100 Block of South 10th Avenue for a report of a property damage crash. Upon arrival officers observed that a maroon Jeep operated by Maurice Bryant, 36, of the 300 block of South First Avenue in Coatesville, had struck multiple parked vehicles, causing one of the struck vehicles to be pushed up over the curb into the front yard of a house. Bryant was arrested for suspicion of DUI after the ensuing investigation.

Warrant arrest

On Friday, Jan. 4, 2019 at 2:23 p.m., Coatesville Police observed Curtis Self of East Diamond Street in Coatesville, operating a white Chevy Suburban on South Fifth Avenue. Self was known to police to have an active felony warrant pending for his arrest after a domestic related incident that took place on Dec. 27, 2018. Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and took Self in custody without incident. Self was transported back to the station where he was processed and housed pending his arraignment.
