Live nativity use

A live nativity will be coming to West Grove in December.

There will be a live Nativity scene at the West Grove United Methodist Church on Saturday, Dec. 15 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Visitors will be reminded of Christ’s humble beginnings as they gaze upon the Live Nativity complete with Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, shepherds, wise men, live animals, and much more.

Reflect on the joy that came down that first Christmas and receive forgiveness from the one who came to redeem and restore.

Set in a field under a starry sky, the live Nativity is reminiscent of that first Christmas, with quiet time for reflection. A simple bulletin outlining the story of Jesus’ birth found in the gospel of Luke will be shared.

Afterward, warm up inside the church with fellowship among friends, home baked goodies, and cups of hot chocolate.

This event is located at 300 North Guernsey Road, West Grove. There will be ample parking, handicap accessibility into the church, and bathroom facilities. For directions and more information, call the church office at610-869-9334 or visit the website www.westgroveumc.org.
