Joseph Drew, 88, Kennett SquareJoseph Damer Drew, age 88, of Kennett Square, died Tuesday February 10, 2009 at the Pocopson Home. He was the husband of Ernestine Elaine Sanders Drew with whom he shared 66 years of marriage.
Born in Alameda California, he was a son of the late Clem and Josephine Talt Drew.
Joe served our country in the Army-Air force during WWII.
Joe worked in the Electrical Supply industry for 32 years.
He was a member of the American Legion of Broomall, and the Mantel Club. He attended Coventryville United Methodist Church and later the Willowdale Chapel.
Survivors include in addition to his wife; his daughter Gwenn Spratt of California, daughter Patricia Keville of Exton, son Gary Drew and his wife Mo of Maryland, and daughter Sandra Crawford and her husband Andy of Kennett Square, 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Malcolm Miller, 77, Kennett Square
Malcolm Edward Miller, age 77, of Kennett Square, died Tuesday February 10, 2009 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He was the husband of Mable Gregg Miller, with whom he shared 49 years of marriage.
Born in West Chester, PA he was a son of the late Theodore R. and Myrtle Heed Miller.
Malcolm served as a Pennsylvania Deputy Game Protector and worked as a stone mason after graduating from Kennett High School. He retired in 1993 after working 37 years for Mushroom Transportation and St. Johnsbury Trucking.
He was a member of the Kennett Fire Company and the Kennett Square Presbyterian Church. As an avid fisherman, he spent 30+ years on the Chesapeake Bay with his family where he enjoyed his hobby.
Survivors include in addition to his wife; one son, Malcolm E. Miller Jr. of Lima Peru, one daughter, Barbara J. Miller of Kennett Square, and one grandson, Kevin Clark Jr. of Kennett Square. He was predeceased by three brothers Theodore, Jr, Richard and Robert.
A memorial service celebrating Malcolm's life will be held 11 a.m.
Saturday February 21, 2009 at the Presbyterian Church of Kennett Square, 211 S. Broad St. Kennett Square, PA 19348. Family and friends may visit with the family from 10-11AM before the service.
