Historic Kennett Square will show "Jean de Florette" on Sept. 19 as the next movie in its independent movie program. Movies are shown on the third Friday of every month and begin at 8 p.m. in the Back Alley Theater. The theater is located at 102 Sycamore Alley behind Newton's on State Street. Admission is $5 and all proceeds benefit Historic Kennett Square and its redevelopment program for the downtown.
