Maria Karagianis, a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and founder of Discovering Justice, will deliver the Neumann College Constitution Day lecture at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, in the Bruder Life Center. The address, entitled "Seven Ways to Create a Life Worth Living," is free and open to the public, a press release said.
Karagianis was part of a Boston Globe team that won a 1975 Pulitzer Prize gold medal for coverage of Boston's school desegregation crisis. In 1998, she founded Discovering Justice, a non-profit organization that educates youngsters and adults about the role of the justice system in American democracy.
