The grand opening of ETC, Inc. in Coatesville, PA. brings a brand new approach to athletic training.Coatesville, Pa May 14, 2007-Excellence Training Camps, Inc. is opening its athletic training facility in Coatesville, PA. The Grand Opening/Business Card Exchange is being hosted by the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce from on May 28th from 4:30-7pm at the ETC facility. Aside from the ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Chamber and local dignitaries, we will have raffles, contests, games, information tables, refreshments, demonstrations of our sports performance and boot camps, merchandise at a discount as well as coupons to use toward future services.

ETC is a visionary, forward-thinking, holistic approach to athletic and fitness training. Like nothing you will see anywhere in the tri-state area, ETC offers a total mind-body approach to training. Sports Performance Training encompasses physical training of athletes including plyometrics, speed, agility and first-step quickness as well as total-body explosive power. However, what really sets ETC apart from any competitor is that it's CEO and Owner is a certified Mental Game Coaching Professional. She combines both the physical and mental aspects of sports and creates a program unmatched in the industry. One of only 19 MGCP's in the country, Jen Croneberger is an expert in helping athletes take their game to the next level by overcoming obstacles and finding self-motivation through assessments and one on one sessions or group/team workshops.

ETC also offers something for our adult women. ETC Boot Camp, a women's only fitness program is a huge hit as it creates a different alternative to fitness for women. ETC Boot Camp has worked with well over different 100 women in less than a year who want to get fit for many different reasons; some for weddings and vacations, others strictly for health purposes. ETC Boot Camp allows women an opportunity to exercise in a group atmosphere and enjoy a different work-out daily at the same time.

Boot Camps run for four weeks at a time and are offered at 3 different locations at 4 different times throughout the day. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome and encouraged to attend. No one will be left behind as the program is based on timed exercises and not number of repetitions. This will allow people to go at their own pace, not try to keep up with or wait for others. Types of exercises included in the program are: Core conditioning, short distance running (1 mile or less), lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, push ups, Pilates, Yoga, surprises/games and more.

The four week program includes pre and post-evaluations, nutritional counseling, loss of inches, a firmer body, and overall physical well-being.

The program is being brought to you by local community leader, Coach Jen Croneberger, a NESTA Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, certified personal fitness trainer and the Varsity Softball Coach at Unionville High School. She is joined by Director of Fitness/Sports Performance for ETC, Julie Hatfield, also a certified Personal Trainer. You can learn more about Boot Camp at
