Creola H. Ogden, 87, of Honey Brook, formerly of Tucson, Ariz., died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008, at Tel Hai Retirement Community following an illness.She was the wife of Arthur Thomas Ogden, with whom she shared 62 years of marriage.
Born in Sandstone, W. Va., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ledona Surbaugh Holland.
A homemaker, she also worked in banking and retail sales at one time.
After moving many times over the years, she and her husband moved to Tel Hai in December 2001.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Marilyn L. and her husband, Stephen Antonini, of Honey Brook; a brother, Robert Holland of Sandstone, W.Va.; five grandchildren; and a nephew.
She was preceded in death by a son, Richard "Dick" Ogden in 1999; and by nine brothers and sisters.
A memorial service was held Saturday, Jan. 12, at the chapel of the Tel Hai Retirement Community, Honey Brook, officiated by the Rev. Timothy Herr.
