The Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce (WCCCC) hosted a Membership Extravaganza Wednesday, Jan. 23 at the Lukens Executive Office Building.This was the WCCCC's first networking event of the year and area business people were invited to come and discover why the WCCCC is a great place for resources, events and ideas for businesses.
Besides networking opportunities, the event included wine tasting by Twin Brook Winery, music by pianist Ed Palamar, who is sponsored by the Lukens Band, light refreshments by Kelly Caterers, and door prizes.
Current WCCCC members who brought new members to the Extravaganza received a 20 percent discount on this year's dues renewal for each new member they signed up.
The Extravaganza was hosted by the Stewart Huston Charitable Trust. Lead Event Sponsors were Freedom Village and Kelly Caterers. The Event Sponsors were Harrison Senior Living, The O'Meara Law Firm and Taylor & Ochroch. The Event Co-Sponsors were French Creek Golf Club and Thorndale Press.
The WCCCC's service area includes Caln, East Brandywine, East Fallowfield, Highland, Honey Brook, Atglen, Christiana, Gap, Modena, Sads-bury, Valley, West Brandywine, West Caln, West Fallowfield, West Sadsbury, Parkesburg, Pomeroy, Sadsbury, South Coatesville and the City of Coatesville.
