Novice and intermediate bird enthusiasts are invited to a bird identification workshop at the Delaware Museum of Natural History. During the five-week workshop, birders will learn identification of bird species of the tri-state area.The instructional series includes an in-depth look at the Delaware Museum of Natural History's collection of 120,000 bird specimens. Cost of the program is $55, but there's a discount for museum members, a press release said.
Classes are held Saturdays, Feb. 2 through March 1, from 10 a.m. to noon. Registration deadline is Jan. 26. Call 302-658-9111 to register.
