Herr's Holiday Lights
Herr's Foods officially lit the factory and corporate complex for the holiday season with their twentieth annual Christmas Lighting Celebration located at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 272 in Nottingham. Extended Visitor Center hours for the holidays run as follows: December 15 to 18, 22 and 23, 29 and 30, 2008 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Gift Shop hours for two Saturdays only, December 13 and 20, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Christmas Eve and New Years Eve hours are from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The lights display will be lit nightly from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m., through January 2, 2009. Come out and be a part of the long standing community-based tradition at Herr's to kick off the rapidly approaching holiday season.
First Friday Art Stroll
The First Friday Art Stroll in downtown Oxford will be held on Friday, Jan. 9 this coming month-the second Friday-due to the holiday.
