Presbyterian Village, Oxford, PA. He was the husband of Laura Ritter Weaver, who passed away on October 15, 2008, and with whom he shared 64 years of marriage.Born in Fayetteville, PA, he was the son of the late Edward A. and Anna Alvus Weaver.

Albert and his father owned and operated a fruit farm in Fayetteville, PA. He later moved to West Chester where he met his future wife, Laura. He was employed for over 30 years by Eachus Daires of West Chester, retiring in 1971.

He was a member of the Manor Presbyterian Church and the Russellville Grange, where he had been recently awarded the PA Grange 50 year membership award. He had served many positions within the Grange, most recently as Overseer. His main joy in life was gardening, hunting, fishing and bird carving.

He is survived by one son, Albert Weaver of Gap, PA, two daughters, Joan Johnson of Meshopen, PA and Betty Howes of Cochranville, PA, one brother, John Weaver of Romney, WVA, six grandchildren, Michelle Fissel of Exton, PA, Susan Miller of Gap, PA, Albert Weaver, III of Gap, PA, Clinton Forrest of Gap, PA, Daniel Howes of San Diego, CA and Richard Howes of Oakland, CA, and four great-grandchildren, Nicole Miller of Gap, PA, Brianna Fissel of Exton, PA, Natalie Fissel of Exton, PA and Jesse Daniel Forrest of Gap, PA.
