Citizen of Year

EAST MARLBOROUGH — Rev. Annalie Korengel, pastor of Unionville Presbyterian Church, has been selected the 2019 Outstanding Citizen of the Year in Chester County.

“Reverend Annalie exemplifies everything an outstanding citizen should be. Through her vision, leadership, and generosity, she has greatly advanced the welfare of our community,” said Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Cheryl Kuhn.

Last year's winner was Peter Kjellerup, co-founder of Dansko, Inc.

Established in 1968, The Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award signifies exemplary volunteer efforts, community service, vision, leadership and citizenship of individuals who positively influence the welfare of the Southern Chester County community.
