<![CDATA[UHS student passes on brushes for spray cans]]> Christopher Shaw's brother used to joke that he couldn't even draw a stick figure.

That may be true, but put a can of spray paint in his hand and that all changes.

Shaw, 15, discovered his unique talent of spray paint art on a whim -- well, a trip actually.

"About five years prior to when I started (painting), my family and I had gone out to visit my uncle in California," he said.

<![CDATA[Miguel Alban to receive Legacy Award]]> KENNETT >> Miguel Alban doesn't do what he does to win awards, but even so he is grateful to be one of five recipients of a Chester County Community Foundation Legacy award/philanthropy.

Alban, a Peruvian with a law degree from University of Piura in his native land (plus a master's in international law from Temple University) will receive his Thanks for Caring award from the Community Foundation at a Nov.
