BOYERTOWN — Young artists decorated the latest addition to the Boyertown Community Art Project recently at Studio B. The new Bear sculpture, which is named “Happ,” is the 68th bear to be added to the sculpture collection which is located throughout the borough.
The community art project was initiated by Jane and Paul Stahl in 2003 to bring together the community using the mascot for the local high school. They were inspired by other animal sculpture art projects across the United States including the original Cow Parade in Chicago.
