No one was injured in a collision on Route 82 in East Marlborough Township on July 16 at 1:47 p.m. A car was stopped at stop sign near East Locust Lane on Route 82 but pulled out in front of a truck. The truck swerved to avoid the car but made contact with the carís rear bumper. The carís operator was issued a written warning, police said.

Fernando Flores-Alvarez, 26, of West Chester was stopped on Route 1 north of Bayard Road in East Marlborough Township for several traffic violations on July 14 at 10:16 p.m. He was found to be DUI and was arrested, police said.

Joseph Kalinoski, 71, of Cocaranville was traveling north on Route 896 in Uper Oxford Townshp on July 6 at 11:45 a.m.. He failed to negotiate a curve but lost control of his car and hit a utility pole. He was not injured, police said.

Jason Manning, 38, of Glassboro, N.J., and a passenger were traveling on Baltimore Pike in Pennsbury Township behind a Ford F250 on July 6 at 12:53 p.m. when a load of lawn chairs fell off the truck onto them. Manning suffered moderate injuries, and his passenger suffered minor injuries, police said.

Someone entered an unlocked window of a home on Quail Drive in Franklin Township during the day on July 9 but did not take anything, police said.

Someone damaged a shed door on Valley Road in Penn Township between June 26 and July 9. Once inside, the actor took a lawnmower, police said.

Bwilliam Jedward Wright, 28, of Wilmington was arrested for stalking and harassment after repeatedly flashing his headlights inside a residence, repeatedly testing and repeatedly calling a victim in the 400 block of Inkwell Court in East Nottingham Township on July 7 at 4:51 a.m., police said.

Someone took a 48-gallon fuel tank and a fuel pump from the 100 block of South Guernsey Road in West Grove between June 28 and July 6, police said.

Someone stole a white 1995 Honda Civic with license plate number 296293 from the residence of the victimís father in the 500 block of Rosedale Road in Kennett Township on June 23 at 4 a.m., police said.

An unnamed driver slid in flooded conditions on East Baltimore Pike in East Marlborough Township and went off the roadway on July 12 at 10:41 p.m. The driver was able to drive away, police said.

No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Union Street near Spottswood Drive in East Marlborough Townshp on July 15 at 2:50 p.m. A car came to a stop at Spottswood Lane to compete a left turn and was rear-ended by David Robinson, 25, of Nottingham, police said.

Someone attempted to break into a vehicle by stripping the door lock on Buttercup Drive in East Nottingham Township on July 15. There were numerous tools inside, but nothing was taken, police said.

Someone threw the victimís garbage can and mailbox into a creek near Filpin Lane at Glen Road in London Britain Townshpi overnight on July 14, police said.

Someone took $1,000 in cash from a home in the 500 block of North MIll Road in East Marlborough Township overnight on July 15, police said.

Molly Dykins, 20, of Cochranville suffered minor injuries as she lost control of her car on Southwood Road east of Hollins Road in New Garden Township and struck a utility pole on July 16 at 1:58 a.m., police said.

No one was injured in a two vehicle accident on State Road south of Hickory Hill Road in Elk Township on July 16 at 9:38 a.m. William Willen, 52, of Rising Sun, Md., and William Richards, 55, also of Rising Sun, were test driving vehicles they had worked on and collided on July 16 at 9:38 a.m., police said.

Kennett Borough:

Fransico De La Lux-Mendoza, 34, of Kennett Square was detained for an outstanding warrant On Sunday, June 30 at 4:29 p.m. in the 500 block of Center Street, police said.

A purse and bag containing an iPod, jewelry, cash, prescription medication and clothes were stolen sometime overnight Thursday, June 17, in front of a residence located in the 100 block of North Broad Street, police said.

On Monday, July 1, criminal charges for writing or passing bad checks were filed against Diane Bonifacina, 36, of Kennett Square for an incident that occurred on May 9 in the 400 block of East State Street, police said.

Alejandro Lopez, 42, of Kennett Square was arrested for DUI following a traffic accident at the intersection of South Union and East Cedar streets on Monday, June 1, at 1:35 p.m., police said.

Jeffrey Hallman, 44, of West Chester was arrested for simple assault, possessing instruments of crime, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following an incident in the 200 block of East State Street on Friday, July 5 at 8:37 p.m., police said.
