Join the fun at Anson B. Nixon park in Kennett Squarend prepare to dance on through Aug. 23, 24 and 25 at the second annual Brandywine Folk Festival. Presented by a group of Chester County locals, the Brandywine Folk Collective (BFC) seeks to provide comers with a three-day musical experience unlike any other.

While maintaining the heart of the collective, which is to promote community and local philanthropic efforts, BFC promises to regale with an impressive list of musical acts. The line-up includes nationally and regionally recognized names such as Good Old War, Secret Sisters, Roadkill Ghost Choir, Pearl & the Beard, Mischief Brew, Toy Soldiers, Mean Lady, Cheers Elephant and many more.

And, while your senses are bombarded with toe-tapping good tunes, support your local artisans in a vast array of food and craft vendors, entertain your children with family-friendly carnival games, or indulge your more adult cravings and relax at our beer garden. The Brandywine Folk Festival will not only be a rollicking good time, but you can also feel good about raising money for autism awareness through SPARC and participating in an exceptional thing we call community.
