A Pennsylvania registration plate was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Union Square Road in East Nottingham Township overnight on April 26, police said.

Jose Hernandez-Lara, 27, and Miguel Angel Martinez, 34, both of Toughkenamon was cited for disorderly conduct after they were observed urinating on the ramp for Route 1 at Route 796 in Penn Township on April 28 at 12:59 a.m., police said.

A 16-year-old male from Parkesburg was arrested for drug violations at Avon Grove High School in London Grove Township on April 5 at 11:30 a.m., police said.

Joseph Anthony Beirmeister, 19, of Christiana was arrested and later released pending a preliminary arraignment for removing $500 in cash from a cash register in the 1000 block of Gap-Newport Pike in Cochranville, West Fallowfield Township on April 16 between 2 and 7 p.m., police said.


Michael Brandon McMahan, 22, of Cochranville was arrested for DUI during an investigation of retail theft in the 1000 block of Gap-Newport Pike in West Fallowfield on April 18 at 1 a.m., police said.

Joseph Beitler, 65, of West Grove was issued a non-traffic citation for harassment in the area of Millstone Court in London Britain Township on April 26, police said.

Someone took a chain saw that was thrown from a trailer during a crash on Route 10 in the area of Gum Tree in Highland Township on April 27 between 9 a.m. 9:30 a.m. The victim picked up the chain saw and put it in next to the damaged trailer on the side of the road and walked back to where the crash occurred. At some point while the victim was there, the person stole the chain saw, police said.

Brian Kotzer, 18, of West Chester was traveling south on Route 1 at Newark Road in New Garden Township on Apeil 26 at 4:06 p.m. when he heard grinding sounds from his cars engine. He pulled over and got out and saw smoke and flames coming out of the engine compartment. The flames were extinguished by the responding fire company, police said.

Someone took copper piping from a home in the 60 block of Stoney Lane in West Nottingham Township between March 28 and April 1, police said.

A 13-year-old male juvenile was arrested for harassment against a 13-year-old female victim at the Avon Grove Charter School in London Grove Township on April 15 at about 2 p.m., police said.

Eric Gibbs, 25, of Wilmington was arrested on April 16 at 5:32 p.m. on Baltimore Pike in Penn Township for violating a PFA filed against him by the 32-year-old female victim.
