On Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 1:30 p.m., a ZTE touchscreen cell phone found in Anson B. Nixon Park was turned in at the Kennett Square Police Station, police said.

The glass door to a residence located in the 100 block of W. Cypress Street was shattered with a BB at 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, police said.

On Monday, Feb. 25, at 3:42 p.m., in the 600 block of Lafayette Street, a 17-year-old male from Toughkenamon was arrested for prohibited offensive weapons, possession of marijuana, criminal trespass and underage drinking, police said. Juan Lopez-Villagomez, 19, and Jose Quintana, 20, both of Toughkenamon, were also arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass.

A 15-year-old female from Toughkenamon, a 15-year-old female from Kennett Square, and a 14-year-old female from Avondale, were cited for disorderly conduct for an altercation that occurred on Monday, Feb. 25 at 3:30 p.m. in the 700 block of S. Washington Street, police said. A 16-year-old female from Newark, Del., was referred to juvenile probation for charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct for an altercation that occurred on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 7:45 a.m. in the 100 block of E. South Street.

Someone stole a cell phone from a business located in the 100 block of Race Street sometime between 5:15 and 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, police said.

William Cahill, 19 of Hockessin, Del., and Alec Shannon, 18 of Newark, Del., were cited for underage drinking on Saturday, March 2 at 1:03 a.m. in the 500 block of S. Broad Street, police said.

On Monday, March 25, Jose Angel Arizaga-Baez, 57 of Kennett Square, was arrested for theft of property lost, mislaid, or delivered by mistake and receiving stolen property for theft of a driverís license from a business located in the 100 block of W. Cypress Street, police said.
