Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Baltimore Pike adnd Wedgewood Road in East Nottingham Township on Nov. 26 at 2:49 p.m. One car was stopped at a stop sign but then failed to yield the right of way and turned left, hitting another vehicle in the driver side fender. Both drivers refused medical treatment at the scene, police said.
Saul Olvera-Huerta, 34, of West Grove was traveling west on State Road in London Grove Township on Nov. 9 at 7:58 p.m. when his car crossed the center land and hit a utility pole. He was subsequently arrested for DUI, police said.
Matthew Valentino, 42, of Oxford was arrested for DUI following a crash on Hickory Hill Road in Elk Township on Nov. 16 at 3:15 p.m., police said.
Paul Stearn Jr., 50, of Coatesville was arrested for DUI in the 800 block of East Baltimore Pike in East Marlborough Township on Nov. 18 at 10:35 p.m., police said.
Phillip James OConnell, 26, of Avondale was arrested for DUI following a crash on West Baltimore Pike in Penn Township on Nov. 20 at 8:16 p.m., police said.
Donna Marie Hammond, 46, of Parkesburg was reported by employees of a store at the intersection of routes 10 and 41 in West Fallowfield to be suspicious on Nov. 23 at 3:21 p.m. They reported his vehicle to police and that she appeared to be intoxicated. Police responded to the scene and found her to be DUI, police said.
Danielle Anne Horgan, 29, of Wilmington was arrested for DUI on Route 52 north of Route 1 in Kennett Township on Nov. 16 at 11:28 p.m. She was charged and a preliminary hearing is pending, police said.

Elizabeth Vachon, 18, of Oxford was charged with careless driving after she drove off the right side of the roadway into an embankment on Lewisville Road near Meetinghouse Road in Elk Township on Nov. 21 at 8:25 a.m., police said.
Zaahir Shaheed Allen, 21, of Wilmington was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Conner Road in Lower Oxford Township on Nov. 16 at 11:31 p.m. He fled on foot buyt was apprehended after a foot pursuit and charged additionally with flight and resisting arrest, police.
Someone broke into a car and took the victim’s purse while she was walking in the park in the 1500 block of New London Road in London Britain Township on Nov. 23 at 1:15 p.m., police said.
Rosendo Onofre-Primo, 34, of Oxford was traveling northbound on Route 896 in Franklin Township on Nov. 22 at 5:17 p.m. There was rain and fog, and he was driving fast. He was unable to negotiate a curve and struck an oncoming vehicle, police said.
Christopher Renehan, 32, of Oxford struck a deer with his car on Route 1 in London Grove Township on Nov. 22 at 8:33 p.m., police said.
Lucia Castro, 31, of Kennett Square lost control of her car as she turned from Kaolin Road to Marshall Bridge Road in Kennett Township on Nov. 22 at 9:36 p.m. The car struck the guardrail on Marshall Bridge Road, police said
James Caruso, 20, of Wilmington was traveling too fast for conditions on Good Hope Road in London Britain Township on Nov. 22 at 8:32 p.m. He was unable to negotiate a curve and struck a utility pole, police said.
Someone stole a Garmni Nuvi GPS and radar detector from a vehicle in the 200 block of Mount Hope Road in New London Township overnight on Nov. 21, police said.
John Onduso, 26, of Newark, Del., collided with another vehicle on New London Road at Appleton Road on Nov. 22 at 10:07 a.m. Onduso crossed into the opposing lane of travel and struck the other vehicle as that vehicle was preparing to make a slight right turn into Appleton Road, police said.
On Nov. 22, at 12:40 p.m., police were conducting stationary patrol in the area of Penn Green and Starr Roads. A vehicle was observed to be travelling west on Starr Road at a high rate of speed. The vehicle failed to stop at the posted stop sign and continued northbound on Penn Green Road. The vehicle was dragging its rear bumper. A traffic stop was conducted on a green Pontiac Sunfire in the 100 block of Cooper Road. Upon approach to the vehicle heavy damage was observed, bent driver’s side door, damaged sun roof and shattered windshield. The driver, Antonio Perez, told police he was on his way home from a restaurant in Delaware where he had consumed alcoholic beverages. He admitted to hitting something but was unsure of what and where. After showing signs of impairment during Field Sobriety Tests, Perez was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI. Perez later admitted to losing control of his vehicle in the area of Newark and Sunnydell Roads. Damage was found to a street sign, utility pole and two yards the defendant had driven through.
On Nov. 22, at 2:58 p.m., police were dispatched to a two vehicle property damage accident at Baltimore Pike and Chambers Road. Upon contact with the driver of the striking vehicle an odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. Dennis Perkins admitted to drinking and showed signs of impairment during roadside sobriety tests. Perkins was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI without incident. During a search of Perkins, police found 14 Xanax pills. Perkins was arraigned and remanded to Chester County Prison after failing to post $5,000 bail.
